Front Zappler Iron Clock around 1680
According to the previous owner, comes from a monastery in Vinschgau-Tyrol.
The iron-brass movement has a spindle escapement and hour strike
on bell.
About 4 minutes after beating, the hours striking repeatedly.
Behind the movement is a blow release.
Painted dial H.28 cm W. 20 cm old weights.
Clock is intact and fully cleaned and checked.
