1.3 Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2.2 Prohibited Use: You agree not to:

• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Platform.
• Use any automated means to access the Platform or collect data.

3. Services Provided

3.1 Marketing Support: NTQS.eu provides an active marketing plan aimed at increasing visibility for your listings.

3.2 Consultancy Services: The Platform offers access to consultants in most EU countries who can provide localized advice and support.

3.3 Backoffice and Helpdesk: We provide live backoffice support to assist you with your account and other operational needs.

3.4 Website Synchronization: Dealers have the option to synchronize their private website with NTQS.eu, ensuring consistent inventory and pricing information.

4. Fees and Payments

4.1 Membership Fees: Access to certain features of the Platform may require payment of a membership fee. All fees are non-refundable.

4.2 Transaction Fees: NTQS.eu may charge a fee for transactions conducted through the Platform. The specific fees will be outlined in your account agreement.

4.3 Payment Terms: Payments are due as specified in your account agreement. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 User Content: You retain ownership of the content you post on the Platform. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Platform.

5.2 Proprietary Rights: The Platform and its content, including software, designs, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to NTQS.eu and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. Termination

7.1 Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NTQS.eu, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.
